This Privacy Policy explains how INNERGYS collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit www.innergys.com or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.
1. Who we are (data controller)

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We use cookies and similar technologies only with your consent, except those strictly necessary for the site to work. Details of each cookie, its purpose and duration are in our Cookie Policy. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Manage consent” link in the footer.
4. Who receives your data
Your data is accessible to INNERGYS staff who need it to handle your request, and to the following processors acting on our instructions:
- Google LLC (Ireland / USA) — Google Analytics 4, Google Fonts (served locally where possible), Google Maps, reCAPTCHA, Google Calendar appointment booking, Google Workspace email. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery and security.
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) — only if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp; WhatsApp’s own privacy policy then applies.
- A2 Hosting (hosting.com), our web host — server located in Amsterdam, Netherlands (EU).
Data is processed by our team in India. Transfers of EU residents’ data outside the EU are governed by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and internal confidentiality agreements.
We disclose data to authorities only where required by law.
5. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised staff bound by confidentiality obligations, and all project discussions are covered by a Non-Disclosure Agreement on request.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or port your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to contact@innergys.com with proof of identity. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in France the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), in Belgium the Autorité de protection des données (www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
7. Children
Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
